About this site...

The contents of this blog are purely the rantings of the author. No names, places, or items listed here should be construed as true -- they are all made up to protect the ~~innocent~~ guilty. The name of the blog is derrived from the fact that I need more money, and the most commonly heard phrase at my restaurant, just in case any of you were wondering.

While most posts will be bitchy in nature, I do, overall, enjoy being a server, and by and large where I work is a good place to work -- the people are good, the clientel is decent, and the money, by and large, is great. So please do not assume that it's all bad in the food service industry, most of the time its good.

I will not share the name of my restaurant on this site. I will say that it is an upscale seafood chain restaurant, and I will say that I am located somewhere south of St. Louis, but north of New Orleans, and west of Nashville, but east of Dallas, so that you may have an idea of the type of folk who frequent my restaurant.

I hope you enjoy reading my stories and posts, as usually when I write them I've had time to reflect on them and can generally bring a smile to my face when I go back and read them myself, so I hope they have the same effect on you.
